Boipelo adds another award to her media career

The sky is not the limit for Boipelo Geld whose star keeps rising each star. Boipelo passionately followed her TV presenting passion and against all odds, managed to get her own show on MpumaKapa TV, available on DSTV Freevision play.

Boipelo hosts “Vibe with Boipelo,” a vibrant magazine show, the show recently celebrated a significant milestone—its 3rd anniversary! The accomplishment marked a thrilling journey for Boipelo and her dedicated crew.

The show has been growing exponentially, airing weekly on Mpumaka TV (DStv 260) and now expanding its reach through MpumaKapa TV, SABC Plus, and the Freevision App. This broader accessibility allows Boipelo to connect with an even larger audience.

As an independent production, Boipelo has created an incredible platform for herself, interviewing a variety of celebrities and living out her dreams.

“The journey hasn’t been easy,” she shares, “but it’s been filled with amazing memories. I’ve learned so much about media and entertainment, and I’ve met actresses, presenters, and artists I grew up watching on TV. I’ve had opportunities to visit places I never thought I would.”

Boipelo’s talent and natural charisma shine through on the show. Rather than sticking to a rigid script, she engages her guests with spontaneous questions, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages openness during interviews.

Her ability to connect has transformed “Vibe with Boipelo Geld” into a fan favorite.

In addition to her interviews, the show has branched out to cover corporate and sports events. Some of her most memorable moments include chatting with industry icons like Connie Ferguson, Vusi Kunene, and Mam Abigail Kubheka, all of whom offered valuable insights about the industry.

On Friday 23 October, Boipelo was included in the TOP 100 most influential Free Staters. She was awarded for her role in media.

“I feel so honour ed and I’m left in awe the amount of love ,support and encouragement I receive ,this award means a lot to me and reminds me of my resilience and the amount of hard work I continue to put in my craft.” She stated.

“As tough as it is to breakthrough in the industry especially coming from a small township like Thaba Nchu, I’m always encouraged by such recognition to never lose hope and to continue working hard to one day achieve my dreams.”
